在开展国际间的经济文化交流活动中,翻译人员发挥着不可或缺的作用。当前,随着中国—东盟自由贸易区的建成、壮大,广西对外经济文化交流空前发展。然而,长期以来,由于历史等缘故,广西的文化建设发展相对缓慢,如法律英译尚缺乏高素质的笔译人员。为此,在总结已有的关于广西翻译人才培养探讨成果的基础上,就广西地方性法律文本英译的人才队伍建设提出了相应对策。探讨了关于如何提高现有翻译人员的素质、如何发挥高校培养人才的优势、如何充分发挥外国专家的优势等问题,以期在法律层面上为中国—东盟自由贸易区又好又快发展提供更好的服务。
In carrying out international economic and cultural exchange activities, translators play an indispensable role. At present, with the completion and expansion of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area, Guangxi's foreign economic and cultural exchanges have enjoyed unprecedented growth. However, for a long time, due to history and other reasons, the cultural development in Guangxi is relatively slow. For example, there is a lack of qualified translators in legal English translation. For this reason, on the basis of summarizing the existing research results on the cultivation of translators in Guangxi, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the construction of qualified personnel for the translation of local legal texts in Guangxi.
