目的:为医疗机构建立并完善药品不良反应监测与报告体系提供借鉴。方法:解析我院药品不良反应监测与报告体系的结构与流程、各组成部分的作用以及确保其正常运行的措施。结果:通过建立并完善药品不良反应监测与报告体系,促进了医院相关工作的进步。结论:医疗机构完善药品不良反应监测与报告体系对保证合理用药意义重大。
Objective: To provide reference for medical institutions to establish and improve adverse drug reaction monitoring and reporting system. Methods: Analyze the structure and process of drug adverse reaction monitoring and reporting system in our hospital, the role of each component and measures to ensure its normal operation. Results: Through the establishment and improvement of adverse drug reaction monitoring and reporting system, it has promoted the progress of related work in hospitals. Conclusion: Improving the monitoring and reporting system for adverse drug reactions in medical institutions is of great significance in ensuring rational drug use.
