该项目位于墨西哥城最著名大街之一的Insurgentes大街。大楼首层面积约1,315平方米,每个标准层约942平方米。这个空间拥有三个朝向不同但共同汇集于一个中心点的方格空间。巴斯夫公司办公大楼由1个首层和另外6个楼层组成,其中第二层将用于出租,而首层则会在日后投入使用。剩余楼层则用作大厅、开放和私密型办公室、会议室、餐厅、非正式或临时会议室、大礼堂、技术支持区以及网络维护区等功能区域。客户要求其设计能够符合LEED认证标准,所以项目的设计必须最大限度地体现能效参数,实现可持续发展。
The project is located on Insurgentes Avenue, one of the most famous streets in Mexico City. The first floor of the building has an area of about 1,315 square meters and a standard floor of about 942 square meters. This space has three square spaces with different orientations but all converging on one central point. The BASF office building consists of 1 ground floor and 6 additional floors, of which the second floor will be for rental and the first floor will be available for use later. The remaining floors serve as functional areas for halls, open and privacy offices, meeting rooms, restaurants, informal or temporary meeting rooms, auditoriums, technical support areas, and network maintenance areas. Customers require that their designs meet the LEED certification standards, so the project must be designed to maximize the energy efficiency parameters and achieve sustainable development.
