用酶标A蛋白免疫组织化学方法观察了口服三价铬的实验性糖尿病小鼠胰岛B细胞的形态结构变化。结果,铬盐1组[三价铬250μg/(kg·d)]动物在实验第23天,铬盐2组[三价铬125μg/(kg·d)]动物中,个别受损胰岛内B细胞及细胞内颗粒界限变得略微清楚。提示铬对受损B细胞形态结构的改善有所作用。
The morphological changes of pancreatic islet B cells in experimental diabetic mice treated with trivalent chromium were observed by enzyme-labeled protein A immunohistochemistry. As a result, in the chromium salt group 1 [trivalent chromium 250 μg/(kg·d)] animal on the 23rd day of the experiment, in the chromium salt 2 group [trivalent chromium 125 μg/(kg·d)] animal, individual damaged islet B The boundaries between cells and intracellular particles become slightly clear.
