环境中的化学致癌物是引发癌症的主要原因 .谷胱甘肽S 转移酶 (GST)pi在防止各种内、外源毒物对细胞的损害方面起关键性作用 .GST pi基因与反转录病毒载体 (pXT1)重组后转染 3T3细胞 ,使该基因在 3T3细胞中整合和表达 .研究发现 :GST pi的表达可以防止化学致癌物甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯 (GMA)诱导的细胞恶性转化 .此结果为进一步探讨GST pi在癌症预防领域的作用提供了科学依据
Chemical carcinogens in the environment are the main causes of cancer. Glutathione S transferase (GST) pi plays a key role in preventing the damage of various internal and exogenous toxicants to cells. GST pi gene and reverse transcription Recombinant virus vector (pXT1) was transfected into 3T3 cells to integrate and express the gene in 3T3 cells. It was found that the expression of GST pi can prevent malignant transformation of chemical carcinogen glycidyl methacrylate (GMA). This result provides a scientific basis for further exploring the role of GST pi in cancer prevention.
