炎性反应是动脉粥样的重要发病机制之一,PPARγ配体可能能够对涉及动脉粥样硬化的多种炎性细胞和炎性介质具有调节作用,因此PPAγ配体可能缓解动脉粥样硬化的发生。另外PPARγ配体可能通过对球囊扩张术后血管平滑肌细胞增殖和迁移的抑制机制和对血管形成的调节机制而缓解动脉粥样硬化的发生及缓解动脉粥样硬化介入治疗术后的血管再狭窄问题。
Inflammatory reaction is one of the important pathogenesis of atherosclerosis. PPARγ ligand may be able to regulate a variety of inflammatory cells and inflammatory mediators involved in atherosclerosis, so PPAγ ligand may relieve atherosclerosis occur.
