教学干事是高校教学管理队伍中的重要组成部分,在有条不紊的教学工作中起着举足轻重的作用。教学干事作为高校教学管理活动中最基层的管理者、实践者、服务者和信息反馈者,是教学活动中的枢纽和桥梁,是维持高校教学工作有序进行的重要保障。研究基于高职教育教学管理现状,从教学干事的工作职责、特点和作用,剖析如何提高教学干事的职业能力和综合素质,从而加强教学管理力度,提高高职教育教学质量。
Teaching officers are an important part of the teaching management team in colleges and universities and play an important role in methodical teaching. As the most basic manager, practitioner, serviceman and information feedbacker in teaching management activities, teaching officers are the pivotal and bridge in teaching activities, which is an important guarantee to maintain the orderly teaching work in colleges and universities. Based on the current situation of teaching management in higher vocational education, the author analyzes the job duties, characteristics and functions of teaching officers, and analyzes how to improve the professional ability and overall quality of teaching staff so as to strengthen teaching management and improve teaching quality of higher vocational education.
