建立和完善我国现代职业教育体系,关键要借鉴发达国家的成功经验,实现我国人才结构的整体优化及职业教育人才培养模式的整体创新,当前,需要尽快研究解决6个主要问题:适应经济转型升级和加速工业化对人才的需求,充分认识我国技术技能型人才和工程型人才的需求结构高移化趋势;从行业企业职业岗位需求出发,明确各层次技术技能人才的培养定位和培养规格;从职业教育培养特色出发,构建以工作过程为导向,各层次相互衔接的职业教育课程体系;掌握现代职业教育行动导向教学模式的运用以及与建立现代职业教育体系相配套的招生考试制度综合改革等。
