著作权法的颁布实施:结束了我国知识产权领域无法可依的局面。为作者维护自己的合法权益提供了法律依据。《中国版权之战》一文反映出我国近年来版权纠纷的种种表现。事实表明,一些公然侵犯他人著作权的人,并没有因著作权法的颁布而有所收敛,一些出版者和作者对别人和自己的权利漠不关心的现象也大量在在。我们还需要对著作权法进行宣传和普及工作。本报摘刊《中国版权之战》一文,目的就是为了唤起人们的著作权意识,从而认识到必须依法规范自己的行为。
Promulgation and Implementation of Copyright Law: Endless Indigenous Intellectual Property. It provides a legal basis for the author to protect his legal rights and interests. The “Battle of Copyright in China” reflects various manifestations of copyright disputes in our country in recent years. Facts have shown that some of the blatant infringements of the copyright of others have not been reduced by the promulgation of the Copyright Law, and there is also a great deal of indifference among some publishers and authors about others and their rights. We also need to publicize and popularize copyright laws. The newspaper’s article “The Battle of Copyright in China” is aimed at arousing people’s awareness of copyright and realizing that we must regulate our actions in accordance with the law.
