全面综述了政府间气候变化专门委员会(IPCC)提出的土地利用变化碳效应评估方法,系统总结了中国学者近期在BEF方法、土壤有机碳的管理因子方法和整合分析方面的工作,分析了IPCC评估方法对中国土地利用碳核定的适应性,最后得出IPCC方法框架应用于中国土地利用变化碳源汇核定问题上仍显不足的结论,并且提出了中国碳源汇核定研究中存在的问题及建议。
A comprehensive review of the assessment methods for carbon sequestration of land use changes proposed by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) is presented. The recent work of Chinese scholars on BEF methods, soil organic carbon management factor methods and integrated analysis is summarized. The IPCC assessment Method to China’s land use carbon verification, and concludes that the application of IPCC method framework is still insufficient in the verification of China’s land use change carbon source verification, and also puts forward the problems and suggestions in the verification of carbon source verification in China .
