一、前言 我厂是生产路面材料-沥青砼的专业厂,主要生产设备是沥青砼搅拌机,而风机又是该设备的关键件。砂石料中一般含有15～20％的尘土,生产中产生大量粉尘气体,通过除尘器、风机排入大气。 由于粉尘中含有微颗粒砂石,造成叶轮磨损严重。一般寿命为2—9个月,就需停机更换叶轮,不仅影响生产正常进行,而且造成经济损失。
