我们采用化学比色法测定尿素,该法简便、快速、准确,试剂稳定易得,不需要在沸水浴中反应,不失为急诊检验尿素的优良方法。1 试剂 显色液Ⅰ:每升溶液含4g邻苯二甲磷、100ml浓硫酸、100ml磷酸(85%)和0.25ml/L Brig-35;显色液Ⅱ:每升含120g安替比林、4g偏钒酸铵。室温保存。2 方法 显色液Ⅰ、Ⅱ在临用前10:1混合20ul样本中加入0.8ml混合显色液,37℃水浴5分钟(或室温放置10分钟),取出,加水2.0ml摇匀,用波长600nm进行比色,空白调零测A值,按常规计算。
