针对轴承钢球表面质量的检测要求,设计了一种基于单片机控制的无损自动检测系统。根据轴承钢球的子午线展开机理,得出表面展开轨迹方程,并通过Pro/Mechanism对检测轨迹进行了运动学仿真。结合轨迹方程及单片机驱动原理,确立了系统硬件设计与软件控制方案,并对钢球检测信号进行波形实验验证,结果表明,该系统的检测效率及可靠性高,具有良好的应用前景。
Aiming at the testing requirements of bearing steel ball surface quality, a nondestructive automatic testing system based on single chip microcomputer is designed. According to the meridian expansion mechanism of the bearing steel ball, the trajectory equation of surface development is obtained, and the kinematics simulation of the detection trajectory is carried out by Pro / Mechanism. Combining the trajectory equation and SCM driving principle, the system hardware design and software control scheme are established, and the ball test signal is verified by waveform experiment. The results show that the system has high detection efficiency and reliability, and has good application prospects.
