高中体育与健康课教学必须顺应自然发展规律,合乎高中学生身体、心理生长发育的特点,建构天人合一、身心合一、内外合一的和谐幸福的现代体育与健康的新教学体系。本人通过近几年对体育与健康新课程改革的实施、观察、积累以及与同事的交流,发现在体育与健康课循序渐进的教学方法上,存在只强调学生的体育成绩、生物学语生理指标的发展,而忽略或根本就不遵循人的生理、心理、身体各机能循序渐进的生长发育规律与运动技能形成的规律。今天,我主要与同行共同讨论体育与健康课循序渐进教学法和高中学生生长发育关系处理上的不同步,以及认识上的缺陷。

Today, I mainly work with my colleagues to discuss the unsynchronized process of Step-by-step teaching of Physical Education and Health and the growth and development of high school students, as well as their cognitive deficiencies.
