PRP(富血小板血浆)因其取材方便、制备简单、使用安全、激活后可释放多种生长因子刺激种植体周围骨再生而成为国际口腔种植学界研究的热点。本文就PRP的制取、PRP及其生长因子在口腔种植中的实验研究和临床应用、目前遇到的难题及其前景做一综述。 PRP (platelet rich plasma) has become a hot spot in the field of oral implantology due to its convenient material extraction, simple preparation, safe use, and the release of various growth factors after activation to stimulate bone regeneration around implants. In this paper, the preparation of PRP, PRP and its growth factors in oral implant experimental research and clinical applications, the current problems and prospects are reviewed.
