一、目前本省的扫除文盲工作,正处于重点实验阶段,由于条件不够,还未能普遍推行「速成识字法」。因此今冬明春仍应在农村中运用以往经验,开展冬学运动。各地对于冬学运动,应抓紧领导,并须防止只顾进行「速成识字法」典型试验而忽视广大农民政治、文化学习的偏向。二、今年冬学,应结合当前中心工作,特别是生产工作,广泛开展时事政治教育。教育内容,应根据中央教育部的通知及华东教育部所编的冬学政治教材,有计划、有系统地向冬学学员进行建国三年来的伟大成就、抗美援朝的伟大胜利、目前形势与任务及爱国增产、互助合作、
I. At present, the work of eliminating illiteracy in our province is currently at a key experimental stage.
