在火力发电厂的检修工作中,有不少是切割焊接坡口的工作。一般来说,仅靠手工割炬是不易保证割口质量和坡口角度的。这样,不仅增加了辅助工种的加工量,而且还不能较好地保证焊接件的有关尺寸。为此,设计了用于切割钢板与钢管(直径大于194mm)坡口的手工气割坡口架(下图)。实践证明,该手工气割坡口架的结构简单、体积小,可做为火焰切割时的辅助切割设备,以提高手工切割的质量。
In the overhaul of thermal power plants, there are many work to cut the welding groove. In general, torch cutting alone is not easy to ensure the quality of cut and bevel angle. In this way, not only increased the amount of auxiliary types of processing, but also can not better ensure that the size of the welding parts. For this purpose, a manual gas cutting bevel holder for cutting steel plate and steel pipe (diameter greater than 194 mm) was designed (below). Practice has proved that the manual gas cutting slope rack structure is simple, small size, can be used as an auxiliary flame cutting cutting equipment to improve the quality of manual cutting.
