班级是学生学校生活的主要场所,是学校对学生进行教育、教学的基本单位,是教师和学生联系的纽带,也是班主任工作的阵地,具有满足学生需求、促进学生发展、规范学生行为等功能。营造一个健康、和谐、向上的班集体,对学生具有潜移默化的教育影响力和感染力。也只有在良好的班集体中,教师开展教育、教学活动才能有好的收效。因此,班级管理的完善与否,对于学生的健康成长和全面发展有很大的影响。
Class is the main place for students to live in school. It is the basic unit of education and teaching for students in schools.
