新课改中教师的个人素质直接决定着教学水平。因此我们进行新课程改革,应当首先正视教师的个人素质在教学中的作用,切实抓好教师素质的提升对新课改具有重要意义。
Teachers in the new curriculum reform directly determines the quality of teaching. Therefore, when we carry out the reform of the new curriculum, we should first of all address the role of teachers’ personal qualities in teaching and do a good job in improving the quality of teachers. This is of great significance to the new curriculum reform.
