目的建立反相高效液相色谱法测定重楼分散片中重楼皂苷I含量方法,为控制重楼分散片的质量提供依据。方法色谱柱为Waters Symmetry Shield TMRP18柱,柱温为室温,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为203 nm,以乙腈-水(41∶59)为流动相,室温操作。结果该方法线性范围为2.112~21.112μg,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.8%(RSD=1.48%,n=6)。结论反相高效液相色谱法测定重楼分散片中重楼皂苷I含量简便、准确,结果稳定,重复性好。
Objective To establish a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of Zhonglou saponin I in Zhonglou dispersible tablets, and to provide basis for controlling the quality of Zhonglou dispersible tablets. Methods The column was a Waters Symmetry Shield TM RP18 column. The column temperature was room temperature, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 203 nm, and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (41:59). Results The linear range of the method was 2.112~21.112μg, r=0.999 9. The average recovery was 99.8% (RSD=1.48%, n=6). Conclusion Determination of Zhonglou saponin I in Zhonglou dispersible tablets is simple, accurate, stable and reproducible by RP-HPLC.
