目的:了解医疗卫生机构消毒状况,提高消毒效果和质量。方法:对全市医疗卫生机构的空气、医务人员手、物体表面、灭菌器械、使用中消毒剂及医院污水等进行监测。结果:2005~2007年牡丹江市医疗卫生机构消毒质量检测共采样3484件,合格3165件,平均合格率为90.58%;各年度平均合格率依次分别为88.98%、89.65%和93.12%,呈逐年上升趋势;3年平均合格率相比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.37,P<0.005);不同检测项目中以医院污水的平均合格率最低,为68.27%,灭菌器械的平均合格率最高,为98.86%,不同检测项目的平均合格率相比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=228.95,P<0.005)。结论:牡丹江市医疗卫生机构近3年的消毒工作质量呈上升趋势,提示消毒工作正逐步完善。但是,医院污水消毒效果尚存在问题,空气、医务人员手的消毒质量有待提高。建议通过加强消毒知识培训、监督、监测及现场指导等以提高消毒工作质量。
Objective: To understand the disinfection of medical institutions, improve disinfection effect and quality. Methods: The city’s medical and health institutions of the air, medical staff hands, the surface of objects, sterilization equipment, disinfectant and hospital use in the monitoring of sewage. Results: From 2005 to 2007, the quality of disinfection of medical and health institutions in Mudanjiang City, a total of 3484 samples, 3165 qualified, with an average pass rate of 90.58%; the annual pass rate were 88.98%, 89.65% and 93.12%, showing a year by year (Χ2 = 13.37, P <0.005). The average passing rate of hospital sewage in different testing items was the lowest, which was 68.27%. The average passing rate of sterilization instruments was the highest , 98.86%. The average passing rate of different test items was significantly different (χ2 = 228.95, P <0.005). Conclusion: The quality of disinfection work in medical and health institutions in Mudanjiang City has been on the rise for the past three years, suggesting that the disinfection work is gradually being perfected. However, there are still problems with the disinfection effect of the hospital sewage, and the disinfection quality of air and medical staff needs to be improved. It is suggested to enhance the quality of disinfection work by strengthening the knowledge of disinfection training, supervision, monitoring and on-site guidance.
