目的探讨肾综合征出血热患者的护理方法和策略,为肾综合征出血热患者提供优质护理,促进患者早日康复。方法对我院收治的30例肾综合征出血热患者实施心理护理、发热期护理、低血压休克期护理、少尿期护理、多尿期护理和康复期护理进行专业指导。结果本组30例肾综合征出血热患者,经过各期护理和康复指导,有效29例,效果不明显1例,总有效率96.7%。结论细心的观察和护理对肾综合征出血热患者的康复效果显著,对于救治肾综合征出血热患者起重要作用。
Objective To explore the nursing methods and strategies for patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome and to provide quality care for patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome and to promote the early recovery of patients. Methods A total of 30 cases of patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome admitted to our hospital underwent psychological guidance, nursing during the fever, hypotensive shock, oliguria, polyuria and convalescent nursing. Results The group of 30 patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome, after various periods of nursing and rehabilitation guidance, effective in 29 cases, the effect was not obvious in 1 case, the total efficiency of 96.7%. Conclusion Careful observation and nursing of patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome significantly effect of rehabilitation for the treatment of patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome play an important role.
