pH 的连续检测和控制,对于化工、生化等反应的进行和环境保护具有十分重要的意义。下面以一个搪瓷厂化学清洗车间的工业碱性污水 pH 连续检测和控制为例作一介绍。该车间生产过程中污水排放流量为10T/h 左右,pH 值为8~14,要求设计一套自动控制装置进行 pH 连续自动控制,使排出污水达到国家环境保护允许的 pH 值7.5左右。
