医学实验技术队伍是高等医学院校的一支重要技术力量,然而这支队伍的现状却不尽如人意。本文在对泸州医学院实验技术队伍现状调查基础上,针对存在的问题,提出了医学实验技术队伍建设的意见和建议,可为面向21世纪医学实验技术队伍建设提供参考。
The medical experiment technical team is an important technical force in higher medical colleges. However, the current status of this team is not satisfactory. Based on the investigation of the status quo of the experimental technical team in Luzhou Medical College, this paper proposes opinions and suggestions on the construction of medical laboratory technicians in view of the existing problems, which can provide reference for the construction of medical experimental technical teams in the 21st century.
