本文介绍一种低温激活具有室温条件下较大吸气能力的新型非蒸散式消气剂在行波管的应用,对改善管内真空气氛延长行波管使用寿命起了重大作用。
In this paper, a new type of non-evaporable getters with a large inspiratory capacity at room temperature activated in TWT is introduced, which plays an important role in prolonging the vacuum atmosphere of the TWT.
