肇庆市商办工业开发区位于肇庆市二塔路,占地面积24800平方米。它是市商办工业开发总公司开发的一个工业区。从1988年8月筹建至今仅两年时间,即建成了一个厂房规范整齐、产品畅销、效益颇佳的工业生产基地。这个商办工业区的建成,有两个问题引起我们思索:一是商办工业这条路子是否可以肯定;二是在治理整顿的环境中他们是怎样发展起来的。为
Zhaoqing City Shangdong Industrial Development Zone is located at Dita Road, Zhaoqing City, covering an area of 24,800 square meters. It is an industrial zone developed by the Municipal Commercial Development Industry Corporation. Since its establishment in August 1988, only two years have passed since then, an industrial production base with standardized factories, best-selling products, and high-efficiency has been built. There are two problems that have caused us to think about the establishment of this commercial and industrial area: First, whether the way of the business-run industry is certain; second, how did they develop in the environment of governing and rectifying the industry? for
