我工区有些施工现场在山区,砂浆试块等均需送回北京试验室试压,由于长距离的山区运输颠簸,碰撞磨损,一些砂浆试块运到试验室后都残块不全,严重的影响了试块的实际强度,使资料数据的真实性受到影响。在这样的情况下,我们发扬自力更生精神,利用废旧设备,试制组装了一台小型手动五吨压力机。经过局计量单位的校正鉴定,定为四级压力机。现将压力机的用途、构造及主要优缺点简述于下:
Some of the construction sites in our work area are in mountainous areas. Mortar test blocks need to be sent back to the Beijing laboratory for pressure testing. Due to the bumpy transport of long-distance mountainous areas, collisions wear out, and some mortar blocks are incomplete after being transported to the laboratory. The actual strength of the test block affects the authenticity of the data. Under such circumstances, we promoted the spirit of self-reliance, using waste equipment, and trial-assembled and assembled a small manual five-ton press. After the correction of the bureau measurement unit, it is determined as a four-level press. The purpose, structure and main advantages and disadvantages of the press are briefly described below:
