我工区有些施工现场在山区,砂浆试块等均需送回北京试验室试压,由于长距离的山区运输颠簸,碰撞磨损,一些砂浆试块运到试验室后都残块不全,严重的影响了试块的实际强度,使资料数据的真实性受到影响。在这样的情况下,我们发扬自力更生精神,利用废旧设备,试制组装了一台小型手动五吨压力机。经过局计量单位的校正鉴定,定为四级压力机。现将压力机的用途、构造及主要优缺点简述于下: Some of the construction sites in our work area are in mountainous areas.
