microRNAs的发现是近年来生物学研究上的重要突破之一。随着研究的深入,证实了microRNA参与了免疫介导性疾病的发生发展。动脉粥样硬化是免疫介导性动脉血管壁慢性炎症,这将使得microRNA将可能成为动脉粥样硬化炎症反应研究的热点。本文综述了microRNA在调控炎症细胞的发育、分化及功能中的作用,与炎性细胞因子调控密切相关的microRNA,最后综合阐述了microRNA与动脉粥样硬化炎症反应的关系。
The discovery of microRNAs is one of the important breakthroughs in biological research in recent years. With the deepening of research, confirmed microRNA involved in the development of immune-mediated diseases. Atherosclerosis is an immune-mediated chronic inflammation of the arterial wall, which will make microRNAs likely to become a hotspot in the study of the inflammatory response of atherosclerosis. This review summarizes the role of microRNAs in the regulation of the development, differentiation and function of inflammatory cells, and microRNAs closely related to the regulation of inflammatory cytokines. Finally, the relationship between microRNAs and atherosclerosis inflammatory response is summarized.
