[目的]对贵州省毕节市的白菜黑斑病进行病害分析和病原鉴定,以提出相应的预防措施。[方法]采用表面组织分离法从病叶中分离得到病原菌,并对病原菌进行培养、镜检、孢子大小测定和鉴定。[结果]显微镜镜检的病原菌特征表明,引起白菜黑斑病的病原菌是链格孢菌(Al-ternaria sp.),病原菌的孢子大小为(15.0~38.5)μm×(7.5~13.5)μm,结合寄主和病原特征,引起白菜黑斑病的病原菌被鉴定为芸薹生链格孢(Alternaria brassicicola)。[结论]芸薹生链格孢为贵州省毕节市当前白菜黑斑病的病原菌,可以通过农业措施和药剂预防来减少该病的危害。
[Objective] The disease analysis and pathogen identification of cabbage black spot in Bijie City of Guizhou Province were put forward to put forward corresponding preventive measures. [Method] The pathogen was isolated from diseased leaves by surface tissue separation method, and the pathogen was cultured, examined microscopically, and the spore size was determined and identified. [Result] The microscopic examination of the pathogenic bacteria showed that the pathogen causing cabbage black spot disease was Al-ternaria sp. The spore size of pathogen was (15.0 ~ 38.5) μm × (7.5 ~ 13.5) μm, The pathogen causing cabbage black spot was identified as Alternaria brassicicola in combination with host and pathogenic features. [Conclusion] Alternaria brassicae was the current pathogen of black spot disease of Chinese cabbage in Bijie of Guizhou province. It could reduce the harm of the disease through agricultural measures and medicament prevention.
