以12头雄性猪为对象,进行了静脉移植替代输精管的可行性及移植静脉段超微结构变化的实验研究。结果显示:12头雄性猪行自体静脉移植替代输精管后,精子输送通畅。术后所采精液的精子数量、质量与术前相比无显著差异(P>‘0.05),且精液品质优良。移植静脉段动态超微结构观察发现,内皮细胞的退变在术后第1周就有表现,以后退变逐渐加重,并出现细胞脱落,术后5~8周内皮细胞退变、脱落最重,11、12周以后静脉内皮细胞逐渐修复。中膜平滑肌细胞在术后1-2周有轻度退变,3~8周为细胞退变最重的时期,9周以后平滑肌细胞逐渐恢复正常,移植静脉段无坏死、挛缩和管腔闭塞,有可能长期保持精子输送通畅。
An experimental study on the feasibility of intravenous transplanting instead of vas deferens and the ultrastructure changes of vein segments were performed in 12 male pigs. The results showed that sperm delivery was unobstructed after 12 male pigs received autologous vein graft instead of vas deferens. There was no significant difference in sperm quantity and quality between the two groups (P> 0.05), and the quality of semen was excellent. The dynamic ultrastructure observation showed that the degeneration of endothelial cells appeared in the first week after the operation, and degenerated gradually afterwards, and the cells shed off. The endothelial cells degenerated and lost the most after 5 to 8 weeks After 12 weeks, venous endothelial cells gradually restored. The smooth muscle cells in the media showed mild degeneration in 1-2 weeks after operation, and the most severe degeneration was observed in 3-8 weeks. Smooth muscle cells returned to normal after 9 weeks. No necrosis, contracture and lumen occlusion , It is possible to maintain long-term sperm delivery unobstructed.
