为了更好地组织力量在理论上研究如何建设具有中国特色的社会主义农村卫生保健事业,以配合推动全国初级卫生保健工作的发展,经过中华预防医学会卫生事业管理学会常务理事会的多次研究,一致同意成立中华预防医学会卫生事业管理学会初级卫生保健学组,本学组的任务是:研究适合于中国社会主义制度的初级卫生保健活动的理论体系、指导思想、基本原则、组织形式、主要内容及工作技术和方法;总结和交流我国的经验,引进国外的最新成果并研究如何为我国所运用。为了保证学组任务的完成,必须坚持正确的研究方向,贯彻“百花齐放,百家争鸣”和民主
In order to better organize its forces, it has theoretically studied how to build a socialist rural health care enterprise with Chinese characteristics in order to tie in with the promotion of the development of primary health care throughout the country, and has conducted many studies through the Standing Committee of the Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine Health Management Association. They agreed to establish the Primary Health Care Study Group of the Chinese Society of Preventive Medicine Health Management Association. The task of this group is to study the theoretical system, guiding ideology, basic principles, and organizational forms of primary health care activities appropriate to the Chinese socialist system. Content and working techniques and methods; summarizing and exchanging our country’s experience, introducing the latest achievements from abroad and studying how to use it for our country. In order to ensure the accomplishment of the task of the study group, we must adhere to the correct research direction, implement the “hundred flowers bloom, a hundred schools of thought contend” and democracy.
