目的对牛奶中β-内酰胺酶的两种检测方法进行比较,探求准确、可靠和快速的检测方法。方法采用Unisensor试剂盒法和杯碟法对52份牛奶及奶制品进行β-内酰胺酶检测,通过试验比较两种检测方法的检出率。结果两种方法的β-内酰胺酶检出率的差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.33,P>0.05)。结论两种检测方法均可用于检测牛奶中β-内酰胺酶。
OBJECTIVE To compare the two methods of β-lactamase detection in milk and to find an accurate, reliable and rapid detection method. Methods The methods of Unisensor kit and cup-saucer were used to detect β-lactamase in 52 milk and dairy products. The detection rate of the two methods was compared by experiments. Results There was no significant difference in β-lactamase detection rates between the two methods (χ2 = 0.33, P> 0.05). Conclusion Both methods can be used to detect β-lactamase in milk.
