在1976～1980年间,Ehlers和Ellis等人就相继指出,免耕(direct drilling)的土壤比起翻耕的土壤来,其透水性增强,冬天土壤水中氧分浓度较高,在有些土壤中作物根系生长较快能扩展到更深的土层中去。
From 1976 to 1980, Ehlers and Ellis et al. Pointed out successively that the direct-drilled soil is more permeable than the tilled soil and has a higher oxygen concentration in soil water in winter, and in some soils, Rapid root growth can be extended to deeper soil.
