随着农村经济的发展和产业结构的调整,对劳动者文化科技素质的要求越来越高。如何高标准扫除农村剩余文盲、半文盲,成了广大农村成教工作者面临的新课题。本镇尚有378名文盲(半文盲),他们大多年龄偏大,居住分散,流动性大,复盲率高,而且大多是女性。因此,扫除剩余文(半)盲困难多,难度大。 With the development of the rural economy and the adjustment of the industrial structure, the requirements for the quality of workers’ culture, science and technology are getting higher and higher. How to remove the remaining illiteracy and semi-illiteracy in rural areas at a high standard has become a new task for rural adult education workers.
