在审查批捕阶段虽然审查案件的时间很有限,但应当充分发挥引导侦查职能,尽可能引导侦查机关全面查找、收集到定罪的有力证据,不要轻易就拿出不予批捕的意见,因为如果对犯罪嫌疑人变更强制措施后,就会有串供、妨害证人作证的可能,使补充侦查更加困难,最终很可能因证据不足使犯罪嫌疑人逃脱了法律的追究。本文以一个案件为例,说明审查批捕阶段引导侦查的必要性和重要性。
