目的研究强的松对博莱霉素诱导的大鼠肺纤维化的治疗效果。方法 45只Wistar大鼠随机均分为三组:肺纤维化模型(A)组、强的松6mg/kg治疗(B)组和生理盐水对照(C)组。第28、42、56天取各组肺组织行HE和Masson染色,碱水解法检测肺组织羟脯氨酸含量,免疫组织化学方法测定白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)表达。结果 B组肺泡炎及肺纤维化评分、羟脯氨酸含量、IL-1β表达均较A组明显减少(P<0.01)。结论强的松可能通过减轻炎症反应,从而对大鼠肺纤维化起治疗作用。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of prednisone on bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis in rats. Methods Forty five Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: model group of pulmonary fibrosis (A), prednisone 6 mg / kg treatment group (B) and saline control group (C). On the 28th, 42th and 56th day, the lungs of each group were taken HE and Masson staining, the content of hydroxyproline in lung tissue was detected by alkaline hydrolysis, and the expression of IL-1β was detected by immunohistochemical method. Results The alveolitis, pulmonary fibrosis score, hydroxyproline content and IL-1β expression in group B were significantly lower than those in group A (P <0.01). Conclusion Prednisone may play a therapeutic role in pulmonary fibrosis in rats by reducing the inflammatory reaction.
