office办公软件已成为当今企业进行无纸化办公的主要手段,熟练操作并应用office软件是每一个职场人士必备的技能。目前我国各大高校对各个专业都有开设office软件的必学课程,office教学已被提上教学日程。但就目前高校office教学现状来分析,普遍存在理论与实际脱离的问题,学生office实际操作应用能力普遍偏低。本文就office教学现状及存在的问题做深入剖析,研究如何将企业日常办公情景与office实践教学相结合,提高学生office实践应用能力。
Office office software has become the main means of paperless office in today’s business, proficient operation and application of office software is essential for every workplace professionals skills. At present, major colleges and universities in our country have all necessary courses for setting up office software for each specialty. Office teaching has been put on the teaching schedule. However, the current status of college office teaching to analyze the prevalence of the theoretical and practical problems, the practical application of office students generally low ability. This article makes an in-depth analysis on the status quo and existing problems of office teaching, and studies how to combine the daily office work environment with office practice teaching so as to improve the practical ability of office work.
