改革开放20年来,我国的民营企业得到了飞速发展,但其中,家族企业占有很大的比例,尤其在广大的小城镇和农村,一部分家族企业甚至脱颖而出,跻身于大型企业的行列。但同时,以所有权和经营权家族化为主要特征的家族企业也也面临着严重的缺陷,比如说人才的培养、引进和使用等问题,已成为许多家族企业再上新台阶的主要制约因素,因而引起许多家族企业领导者的关注。
In the 20 years since the reform and opening up, the private-owned enterprises in our country have been developing rapidly. However, among them, the family-owned enterprises occupy a large proportion, especially in the small towns and rural areas. Some family-owned enterprises even stand out among the large-scale enterprises. However, at the same time, family-owned enterprises, which are dominated by the ownership and right to operate, are also facing serious shortcomings. For instance, the training, introduction and use of talent have become the major constraints for many family-owned enterprises. As a result, many family business leaders have drawn their attention.
