My father was originally a light bulb factory in Wuhan cook, short stature, honest and modest, few words. We did not know until late in life that he had been a soldier who had fought Japanese devils, which surprised us. My father Zhou Wei (aka Zhou Guohua) was once a Whampoa Military Academy student. After the outbreak of the war of resistance in 1937, his father actively participated in the war of resistance against Japan. He led the troops to fight the Japanese in the west of Henan. His father is the most talked about “return to Germany campaign ”. He said that the fighting was very tragic. The Japanese army put the balloon into the air and measured our goal. As a result, the Japanese artillery was devastating, and our troops were almost corpses and corrupt. Many wounded soldiers are moaning and crying, but we can not help because we are fiercely fighting Japanese devils.
