一、LQAF蒸汽流量计的工作原理 LQAF蒸汽流量计(俗称阿牛巴)由一次仪表和二次仪表组成。其一次仪表是安装在测量管道上的阿牛巴(均速管)测量头和浮子转换器的组合体。阿牛巴的全压感受孔的开孔位置可用数值积分的解法求得,其测量得到的压差代表了流体的平均速度。这一压差将浮子转换器的浮子浮起,二次仪表把浮子转换器输出的直流电压信号转换成与浮子位移成正比的直流电流信号,并加入初始电流后,和由远传压力表送来的压力信号共同进入运算器进行压力补偿运算;最后经过比例积算器把流量累积值显示出来(见图一)。
First, LQAF steam flow meter works LQAF steam flow meter (commonly known as Annubar) by a meter and secondary instrument.
