通过这次防治SARS的实践 ,我们认识到 :在疫病流行过程中 ,流通中的防疫至关重要 ,相当程度上 ,决定了流行的程度与范围。但是 ,没有政府的领导及参与 ,仅有医家的认识 ,流通中的防疫措施是没有办法执行的。只有在中央政府的统一领导下 ,全国上下服从指挥 ,尽早地、严格地把好防疫关 ,才能在疫病防治中取得主动权。中医药学凝聚着中华民族的聪明智慧 ,在重大疫病防治方面积累了丰富的经验。中西医结合 ,发挥两种医学各自的优势 ,将是我们防治SARS的法宝 ,也是我们战胜一切损害人类健康的疾病的法宝。
Through this practice of SARS prevention and control, we have realized that epidemic prevention in circulation is of crucial importance in the epidemic of epidemics, and to a certain extent, determines the extent and scope of the epidemic. However, without the leadership and participation of the government, only the medical experts’ understanding and the epidemic prevention measures in circulation can not be implemented. Only under the unified leadership of the Central Government, the entire country obeys orders and commands as soon as possible and strictly controls epidemic prevention in order to gain the initiative in the prevention and control of epidemic diseases. Chinese medicine unite the wisdom and wisdom of the Chinese nation, has accumulated rich experience in prevention and treatment of major diseases. The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine and the respective strengths of the two medicines will be a magic weapon for our prevention and control of SARS and a magic weapon for defeating all diseases that harm human health.
