中位四对羟苯基卟啉(THPP 图1a)不仅能作为分析试剂,而且有一定的抗癌活性。但由于它的合成和纯化尚无成熟的方法,因而影响了对它的研究。本工作用四苯基卟啉四磺酸钠(TPPSNa,图1b)碱熔法和四对氨基苯基卟啉(T_(p-NH_2)PP,图1c)重氮化法二条路线对 THPP 的合成进行了探讨,产物用乙醇-水重结晶。并在乙醇-水溶液中,用 pH 滴定法测定了它与 Ni~(2+)络合的表观稳定常数及羟基的离解常数,计算了有关热力学参数。
The median tetrahydroxyphenyl porphyrin (THPP Figure 1a) not only as an analytical reagent, but also have some anti-cancer activity. But because of its synthesis and purification there is no mature method, thus affecting its research. In this work, two routes of tetraphenylporphyrin tetrasulfonate (TPPSNa, Fig. 1b) alkali melting and tetrakisaminoporphyrin (T_ (p-NH_2) PP, diazotization of Fig.1c) The synthesis was explored and the product was recrystallized from ethanol-water. The apparent stability constants and the dissociation constants of hydroxyl groups were measured by pH titration in ethanol - water solution. The thermodynamic parameters were calculated.
