苯是常见工业毒物,应用很广。五十多年以来国内外对苯中毒进行了大量研究。苯的慢性作用主要损害造血系统。长期接触高浓度苯,急性白血病的发病率较一般人群高20倍以上,这提示苯可能有致白血病作用。六十年代以来,苯引起血细胞遗传学改变的报告在国外渐多。这对阐明苯对机体的远期危害,探讨苯中毒的早期诊断和发病机理是有一定价值的。本文主要参考Dean的资料和近年国内的研究成果,就这方面问题整理归纳如下。
Benzene is a common industrial poison, is widely used. More than 50 years of benzene poisoning at home and abroad conducted a lot of research. The chronic effect of benzene mainly damages the hematopoietic system. Long-term exposure to high concentrations of benzene, the incidence of acute leukemia more than 20 times higher than the general population, suggesting that benzene may cause leukemia. Since the 1960s, the reports of benzene causing hematological changes have been reported abroad. This is to clarify the long-term hazards of benzene on the body to explore the early diagnosis and pathogenesis of benzene poisoning is of some value. This article mainly refers to Dean’s information and the domestic research results in recent years, and summarizes the issues in this respect as follows.
