第一条根据天津市军事管制委员会军字第四号布告制订本办法。第二条凡在天津市内经营无线电及发射器材之公私工厂、公司、商行、修理店应将该号营业情况及现存之无线电发射器材及附件(范围如附表)于本办法颁布日起十五天内向天津市人民政府公安局(下称本局)领取登记表格详细呈报,经查核后发给特种营业许可证方得对外营业。第三条家庭作坊、电影院及私人存有本办法第二条附表所列之器材 Article 1 This measure shall be formulated in accordance with the Fourth Military Admiralty of Tianjin Military Control Commission.
