高职人才素质关系到技术人才的全面发展和企事业单位的整体进步,由于高职生源的特殊性导致有很多高职生的素质存在一定问题,然而高职院校往往注重学生的专业理论和技术实践,常常忽略人才素质的培养,因此需要高职院校通过社交礼仪课程提高高职人才素质。笔者首先简析高职人才素质的现状,之后从三方面分析高职院校社交礼仪课程对人才素质培养作用即:提高高职生亲和力,提升审美能力;促进学生感悟生活,提升实践能力;加强学生多元评价,提升综合素质。
The quality of qualified personnel in higher vocational education is related to the overall development of technical personnel and the overall progress of enterprises and institutions. Due to the particularity of students ’source of higher vocational education, there are some problems in the quality of many vocational students, however, vocational colleges tend to pay attention to students’ professional theories and Technical practice, often neglect the cultivation of qualified personnel, so vocational colleges need to improve the quality of vocational talents through social etiquette courses. The author first analyzes the status quo of the quality of talented people in higher vocational colleges, and then analyzes the function of social etiquette training in higher vocational colleges from three aspects: to improve the affinity of higher vocational students and improve the aesthetic ability; to promote students’ perception of life and enhance their practical ability; Multiple evaluation of students to enhance the overall quality.
