本文介绍了用贴片云纹干涉法测量一维横向(离面)振动,并就测量原理、定量公式及灵敏度等问题进行了讨论,给出了实验结果。
In this paper, one-dimensional lateral (out-of-plane) vibration is measured by the patch moire interferometry. The measurement principle, the formula and the sensitivity are discussed. The experimental results are given.
