我国工伤保险制度关注对工伤职工的医疗救治和经济补偿,但忽视了工伤保险的根本目的是促进工伤职工重新就业和重返社会,本文探讨了工伤职工就业难的原因,以及促进工伤重新就业的理论依据,并结合我国现实与国际经验,提出了完善工伤保障体系,促进工伤职工重新就业的几点建议。
China’s industrial injury insurance system focuses on the medical treatment and economic compensation for workers injured while neglecting the fundamental purpose of industrial injury insurance is to promote the re-employment of workers and social reintegration. This article explores the reasons for the employment difficulties of workers injured and the promotion of job-related injuries re-employment Theoretical basis, and combined with China’s reality and international experience, put forward some suggestions on improving the industrial injury guarantee system and promoting the re-employment of workers injured.
