患者,女,65岁。因有眼患有角膜溃疡于1991年9月18日下午在某院求治,点1％的卡因(每5分钟一次,共3次,后右眼结膜下注射庆大霉素2万u+2％普鲁卡因0.3ml,当结膜下药液注射完后,患者突然剧烈头痛、恶心、呕吐,意识障碍伴左侧肢体偏瘫而急转我院内科。既往有高血压病史。体检:BP:24/12kPa神志不清,双瞳孔等大等圆,对光反射存在,眼底检查视乳头境界不清,稍隆起,视网膜动脉细,反光增强,部分动静脉交叉压迹。左鼻唇沟变浅,颈稍抵抗,心率68次/
