On May 25, 2012, the pesticide testing institute of Ministry of Agriculture organized a seminar on the safe use of plant growth regulators in Beijing. The seminar prepared guidelines on the standardized use of plant growth regulators to guide the safe and rational use of plant growth regulators. Deputy Secretary Liu Jiemin of the Ministry of Agriculture Pesticide Laboratory attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
