为了研究加入不同含量、不同形状的Al粉后RDX机械感度的变化趋势,进行了撞击感度和摩擦感度试验。结果表明:RDX炸药中加入Al粉后,摩擦感度降低,并且Al粉含量越高,摩擦感度降低越多;而瞳击感度却随Al粉的加入呈非线性的变化,Al粉含量较少时,撞击感度增大,当Al粉含量增至10%时,撞击感度增至最大,随后,撞击感度随铝粉含量的增加呈明显降低趋势。不同形状的Al粉对RDX的摩擦感度影响不同,较之球形Al粉,片状Al粉表现出较低的摩擦感度及较高的撞击感度。该研究结果为实际工作中解决含铝炸药的安全性提供了有利依据。
In order to study the change tendency of RDX mechanical sensitivity after adding Al powder of different content and different shapes, the impact sensitivity and friction sensitivity were tested. The results show that the friction sensitivity decreases with the addition of Al powder, and the higher the Al powder content, the more the friction sensitivity decreases; while the pupil strike sensitivity changes nonlinearly with the addition of Al powder. When the Al powder content is low , The impact sensitivity increases. When the content of Al powder increases to 10%, the impact sensitivity increases to the maximum, then the impact sensitivity decreases with the increase of aluminum content. Different shapes of Al powder have different effects on RDX frictional sensitivity, compared with spherical Al powder, flaky Al powder shows lower friction sensitivity and higher impact sensitivity. The results of this study provide a good basis for solving the safety of aluminum-bearing explosives in practical work.
